The Creek Keeper Richmond High School Compost and Waste Reduction Project will implement an educational composting program as an addition to the current school-recycling program. Funds will be used to purchase two large compost bins, facilitation of the compost waste collection, education in the school including presentations, posters and fliers, to educate teachers on how to incorporate composting into the current curriculum and to provide fertile soil for the already existing Richmond High School Creek and Garden Outdoor Classroom Project.
